Serchmaa Bayarsaikhan is a former Cirque du Soleil contortionist turned movement and breathwork teacher. Blending the precision of Pilates, depth of Yoga and the grace of her performance background, she guides students to build strength, balance and awareness from within.
Her classes are an invitation to move consciously, connect deeply, and awaken the intelligence of the body through breath, alignment and presence.

A mindful full-body workout focuses on building core strength, improving posture and enhancing flexibility. Through controlled movement and conscious breath, you’ll build balance, strong core, inner strength – from the inside out.

This flexibility class focuses on improving mobility, increasing range of motion, and enhancing overall body awareness. Through a combination of dynamic stretches, deep holds, and controlled movements, participants learn to release tension, strengthen supporting muscles, and move with greater ease. Suitable for all levels, the session promotes relaxation, balance, and long-term flexibility.

Originally from Mongolia, Serchmaa Bayarsaikhan is a former Cirque du Soleil Contortionist with a strong background in high level physical movement and performance. During her circus career, she trained extensively in pilates with professionals from around the world, building precision, core strength, and body awareness that supported her extraordinary movement practice.
Following her inner calling she journeyed to Bali in 2022 to study 200h yoga teacher training, but she quickly realised there was much more depth to explore.
Driven to deepen her knowledge, she then traveled to India in 2023, immersing herself in over 800+ hours of yogic study, including 500hour Yoga teacher training, Master level Sattva Himalayan Kriya teacher training in Reshikesh.
Today, Serchmaa blends her expertise in Pilates, Yoga, Himalayan Breath work and subtle energy practices to create transformative classes that harmonise strength, flexibility, and body awareness.
Her teaching style is graceful, intelligent, accessible, guiding students of all levels to move consciously, breathe deeply and reconnect with their inner intelligence.
