The monthly yoga expat club is meant to create a space for connection, rooting and intercultural exchange.
I give hatha yoga in Saswitha style. Lessons are structured in standing, sitting, lying and settling (savasana) positions. Breath is acknowledged as the force behind any movement and therefore very central in the lesson.
Yoga as such is a chance for gaining awareness of your borders, strenghts, fragility and practice acceptance and nourishment.
The expat yoga club takes place at Yogahouse every last Sunday of the month at 10.00-11.15 h.
