Hi! You probably want to know a little bit about me, but quite honestly, you are the one who interests me. I want to know how I can help guide you to connect with yourself through movement and breath. Self connection is paramount, so that eventually we can be our own guides in this life; so we can breathe through the great and the challenging moments alike. And the only way we can do this is by connecting our soul and body together via the breath and awareness.
This is a journey of fun exploration, which we will take together through a variety of yoga style movements, mostly slow and flowing, so we have time to linger and feel everything in that moment. You don’t need any yoga experience, as your movement practice will meet you where you are right now.
After a lifetime of chronic illness and a double lung transplant, movement and breath became allies for me in every way. And taught me how to be ME through it all.
